This company found tenants, managed the property, provided very cost effective maintenance people when required, collected the rent, renewed leases (always getting great rent and rent increases) and then listed and sold the property for me when I was ready to sell. FIRES performed perfectly for us. FIRES identified and vetted a suitable tenant right away. They expedited the required HOA approval for the tenant and handled their routine move in issues. FIRES inspected and documented the condition of the property in precise detail. Then again at 6 months they inspected the property relying on a checklist supported by more than a hundred photos. It put my mind at ease to know exactly what condition the property is in. Their end of year tax documentation is timely and accurate. And they are nice people. i’m staying with them.
